So I finally went to Zilker Park to take pictures. The results that I post here are very compressed, due to me not wanting this post to take forever to load, but if you want larger samples, just ask, and I can get them to you.

A footbridge in the Oriental Gardens

The stream that runs all through the Oriental Gardens

Gazebo... thing... at the end of the Oriental Gardens

Some of the flowers from the flower area

A nifty half-and-half effect... sorta

Under the bridge

From the middle of the footbridge

The bridge that the previous picture was taken off of

There are more, but in the interest of time and such, I will only post two of the images. So, here they are!

View from the very corner of the cliff

View from a little bit farther down the side, away from the bridge

I have been reviewing my pictures from Mt. Bonnell, and decided that photography is fun, so I am going to be planning another personal photography trip around the ATX. And, when I was trying to make up by mind, I came up with a few possible places. Those were:
- Barton Creek
- Barton Springs / Zilker Park
- Congress Bridge
- 360 Bridge (from the north/south)
- Downtown
So, I decided that for the time being, I shall plan a tentative trip to the 360 Bridge, hopefully from both the North and the South sides of the lake. So there you have it! Something to look forward to…

If any of my zero readers were wondering, I did finally get around to going to Mt. Bonnell on September 16th, and just now have finally gotten around to preparing the pictures from the occasion. So, here are a few of them:

my first picture... I had just gotten there.

somebody's house, in a good position for a shot

another decent shot

some interesting lighting action off to the side

towards the 360 bridge it's getting pretty interesting

it's getting late, time for one last picture
